Scholarship Recipient Spotlight

We are proud to announce Hannah Burks as the recipient of the STEM Scholarship for the 2024-2025 school year.

Hannah Burks recently graduated from Pocahontas County High School. She has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her studies and community involvement, making her a deserving recipient of this scholarship.

Hannah has enrolled in Northeast Texas community college where she plans to obtain a Bachelor's in Nursing to become a Nurse Anesthetist. This school will also allow her to continue her rodeo career.

We are thrilled to support Hannah on her academic journey and look forward to seeing the impact she will make in her field of study and beyond.

Two of our board members, Andrew Morrison and Wesley Felton, were thrilled to attend Pocahontas County High School's Award Night to award this scholarship and to meet Hannah, as can be seen to the right.
